2. Purpose and audience
The websites present freeze-drying equipment, related products, technical information, applications, tools, guides and services. They are directed primarily to business and professional users.
Website content is general commercial and technical information. It is not tailored engineering, food-safety, regulatory, medical, legal, tax or investment advice.
3. B2B-only online ordering and contract formation
The online ordering, reservation and payment facility is available exclusively to buyers acting for business or professional purposes.
A declared Consumer cannot pay online and is routed to an enquiry channel. An exceptional Consumer sale, if considered, is handled separately and is not concluded through the B2B checkout.
Submission of an order request, card authorisation, payment, automated acknowledgement, payment receipt or pro forma invoice does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when the Seller issues an express written Order Confirmation.
4. Prices, VAT, freight and sales documents
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed business prices exclude VAT, freight, insurance, installation, customs duties, import VAT, IGIC, IPSI and other local charges.
Any displayed VAT indication is provisional and depends on the Buyer’s verified business/tax status, actual dispatch origin, destination, transport route, Incoterm, installation and documentary evidence.
The quotation, Order Confirmation, General Terms of Sale and relevant transport or warranty document govern each transaction.
5. Website accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care with website content but do not warrant that every description, price, lead time, stock indication, capacity example or technical statement is error-free, complete or current.
We may correct errors, update content, suspend features or withdraw Products without prior notice. Website content does not create a binding obligation unless expressly incorporated into an Order Confirmation.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, providers, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- interfere with website security or operation;
- attempt unauthorised access;
- submit unlawful, malicious, misleading or infringing material;
- scrape at a scale that harms the service or circumvents controls;
- misuse forms, checkout, tax validation or payment systems;
- impersonate another person or business;
- provide false business or VAT information.
We may take proportionate technical and legal measures to protect the websites and business.
7. Intellectual-property rights
Unless stated otherwise, website design, text, photographs, graphics, logos, product materials, compilations, software and other content are owned by us or used under licence.
You may use content for legitimate internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, sell, license, scrape or commercially exploit it without written permission, except where mandatory law permits.
Third-party product names, trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners.
8. Third-party websites and services
The websites may link or redirect to third-party services, including Stripe hosted checkout, manufacturers, maps or social platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy information.
We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content, availability or practices.
